How long does it take to complete testing?

Assessments commonly take between 3 and 6 hours for the interview and testing. Additional time is needed to prepare a written report — often up to 4 hours, but the time will vary depending on the needs of the individual.

How long does it take before I get results?

After testing is completed, we will schedule a feedback conference to go over the results and recommendations. This feedback meeting lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Following this meeting, I will prepare a final report, which will be mailed to you.

What are the available payment options?

The testing fee includes the intake interview; test administration, scoring, and interpretation; report writing; consultation with other professionals or family members; and a feedback session.

In-Network-Coverage: I am in-network with Medicare and Medicaid, and I can bill them directly.

Out-of-Network Coverage: If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance company, I can provide a statement for you to submit to your insurance company. This is not a guarantee of coverage.

Self-Pay: I accept cash, checks or Credit Cards including Visa and MasterCard.
